This is the best realty team with which we have ever worked. They REALLY pay attention to what the customer wants and have amazing attention to detail. The realtors are very personable and forthright, and don’t waste your time with inappropriate properties. We saved SO MUCH time with this realty company- and that was a huge plus for such a large family. We’ve had a few bad experiences (or even just mediocre ones) with other companies in the past, but now we wouldn’t think to use anyone else. It’s just really amazing to feel like you have someone on your side- not out to make a buck, not out to hurry things along, not out to just settle- but REALLY on YOUR side. Huffman Capen Team is all of that. And they also have a great sense of humor, which is a plus 😁.
